John Beerens bloggersevent in Goirle. Obviously we were spoiled with way too many goodies, so we'll be busy trying all new products coming weeks. We were welcomed with drinks and cupcakes and were divided into four groups. Our group (pink) first got to see and try the newest make up collection of the Kardashian sisters and The New Black nailpolish collection. Then we got a tour by John (Beerens) himself and received two products of choice of the brand Waterclouds. I went for a hair mask and argan oil. After the tour we learned how to apply the Marc Inbane tanning spray and received a spray to try it at home. We also had a meeting with Fuente where we could see and smell their products and pick our favorite to take home. I chose the Anti Aging Welness shampoo which is especially created for longer (thus older) hair.
After a lunch break with delicious sandwiches and a party bus (!!) we were fully reloaded for our next round of workshops. We went to see the newest Burkely bags in the Burkely showroom, I will tell more about these beautifully crafted leather bags soon. Then we made our own leather bracelets at Anna's showroom and we ended the day with an interview/meet and greet with the beautiful Serena from Beautylab. Altogether a wonderful day where I met looots of new people and became familiar with many new products. Thanks for having me! xx
Inspired by 3.1 Phillip Lim I decided to put some patches on an old Levi's denim jacket. My father had many old patches I could use so I choose the ones I liked. I glued and stitched them on the jacket, it really is that easy. xx
An outfit with my new Acne 'bird print exploded flower' sweatshirt. Love love love it, it's really soft and I like the bomber shape and cropped fit. I'm pretty sure it's going to be one of my favorite items this winter. I'm glad the weather is still around 25 degrees Celsius so we can still wear our summer shoes! xx
Sweatshirt: Acne | Shorts: Cut off Levi's | Belt: Scotch & Soda | Sandals: COS
We still don't know for sure if we do get our new house but it's starting to look like it! There is finally some progress in the whole buying process. In the meantime I'm trying to soak up as much inspiration as possible. I'm struck between two extremes, I love a minimal approach but I'm also into the whole vintage/second hand thing. xx

P.S. The lovely people from Follow Fashion asked me to answer a few questions and wrote an article with me as Blogger of the Week, read it here.
Like the title says: the food I ate last week. I had so many shots that I decided to dedicate a post especially to food instead of selecting a few meals and put them in my Weekly. So this is what we basically eat during any week. We try to vary between cuisines, we eat Dutch, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Moroccan, Indian and so on. What do you like to cook for dinner? xx
Todays look. Due to the grey clouds the colors were kinda off so I decided to put a filter over the photos. xx

As promised the full look. I do like muted colors a lot but I tend to wear many dark shades instead. But Yesterday I decided to opt for a more feminine color scheme and finished the look with black accessories. xx

What are you looking at?
1. My new Acne bird print exploded flower sweatshirt, love its watercolor print and boxy fit. I also bought another les 4 ombres eyeshadow in the color 'prelude'.
2. Shot another outfit today, wearing soft muted colors.
3. Mart his selvedge denim and one of his many pairs of Red Wings.
4. My new bike. Monday morning I had to go to work and when I went outside I saw that my bike was stolen.... Mart not only let me borrow his bike for that day but in the evening he returned home from work with the Gazelle bike in the photo. He bought it for just €10 at Marktplaats.
5. Close-up. xx
OMG, do I need to say more? Love love love these lookbook shots and of course the outfits. There are so many items I would love to wear. Seeing the mid bob hairstyle again I'm thinking about chopping my hair, mmmm... Enjoy your weekend. xx
What I'm wearing today. Unfortunately there isn't a trace of summer left, the past days have brought us no more than drizzly weather. But it gave me a good reason to wear my new trench coat! xx
Coat: HM Trend | Lace sweater: HM Trend | Jeans: Acne | Booties: Deena & Ozzy
Today I received this leopard iPhone case from Iconemesis, now I can change my case whenever I want. I already had this teacup case also by Iconemesis and have used it a lot! I like the leopard one because its so colorful with those bright colors! On their site they have a wide range of different cases, I like this coffee one, this one with cute cats and this one with feathers a lot as well. Thanks Iconemesis. xx
What are you looking at? So, no food this Weekly, I know ;)
1. September issues of the Dutch Vogue, Elle and Glamour.
2. Together with Mart and my brother Max I played Risk.
3. Vintage leather backpack, Leather COS slingbacks and Acne jeans.
4. My father and I picked up two old Peugeot race-bikes in Enkhuizen.
5. The Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Hermès collection books.
6. Leather minimalism: sandals from & Other Stories. xx
Since the Fashion weeks are coming I thought a bit of outfit inspiration is never wrong. Those amazing patent leather boots are called Petra and they are part of the Acne fall-winter collection. A Rika quilted leather jacket, All Saints denim shirt, All Saints Elise split skirt and silver Weekday connect rings. The camo print on this Whistles terrazzo print scarf is the perfect accessory to complete an outfit. xx
So here is the full look I wore saturday. I already showed the sandals I was wearing, which I paired with a black dress. The wide shape of this dress is perfect for warm days. I don't like dresses that cling to your body, especially not on days when temperatures start to rise, they're way too hot.
Dress: COS | Sandals: & Other Stories
What are you looking at?
1 & 4. More details from last weeks outfit post, wearing my newest tee: a striped one from COS.
2. Preview of tomorrows outfit post where I'm wearing my minimal & Other Stories sandal (on sale right now in nude)
3. Food: gnocchi with onions, diced bacon and rocket salad.
5. Avenue Biljoen in the nearby environment, love the lush canopy formed by those trees.
6. Tasty breakfast, muesli, yoghurt and berries. xx
Of course by now you've already seen shots from this campaign since almost everyone is sharing bits on Instagram. But it's just too good to pass by. I love love love the jackets with the slightly long cuffs, the slipdresses with lace trimmings and the skirts with frayed hems. A good combination of Céline, Acne and Saint Laurent Paris. Which look would you love to wear? xx
