Am Neuen Palais

Yesterday we arrived in Germany and before going to our hotel in Berlin Mitte we made a stop at the Sanssouci Park in Potsdam. These photos are taken at the New Palace in the park, close to the famous Prussian Sanssouci castle. Sanssouci, Am Neuen Palais, Potsdam.

Unfortunately the weather was a bit depressing, we've had rain all day. Luckily I brought my raincoat so at least my outfit underneath stays in shape. btw, I really have no idea what I was doing in the last photo, dancing maybe?... xx

Merci: 111 Boulevard Beaumarchais, Paris

You probably have heard of the amazing concept store called Merci in Paris. They have a really nice restaurant in the basement and after finishing your lunch you can have a look in the different sections of the store. They really have a lot on offer, from notebooks, clothing, interior items to furniture, accessories and cute items for your garden. Here some photos xx

Army Jacket and Spring Weather

Haven't shown many outfits lately, so here you go. Wearing my army jacket again because a wintercoat wasn't needed. Hello Spring! So good to be able to wear my jackets again, and the other half of my wardrobe that has been hanging in my closet, untouched since last summer.

The weather is getting better and better and I'm glad it is. Are you also longing for warmer and especially brighter days? I've had enough of the dark days so I'm happy to wake up to sunlight and chirping birds. I'm longing for those long evenings that we'll spent outside with friends on our balcony, in the park or on the terrace in front of our favorite bar. Do you have any summer plans? xx

Normann Copenhagen Block Table

How perfect are these bar cart/block tables as nightstand? It's high on my wishlist, because I like the design, the ash wood goes really well with the steel shelves.

Of course it can be used anyway you like it; as bar cart, side-table, it's a really versatile piece. I would really like it as a sort of nightstand though, because it would give me the extra space to store books and magazines, and it's mobile so I could always easily use it somewhere else.

Which color do you like best? Buy it here. xx

Muji buys

Obviously I visited the Muji flagshipstore when I was in Paris last week. There were many items I wanted to buy, but since I couldn't take everything with me I just bought a few notebooks, pens and the Found Muji book.

Muji came to life in the early eighties as a result of a new mood, a longing for a return to simplicity in daily life. The brand is providing customers with the fundamental things they might need in their busy, modern life. All products are made of fine quality, serve a purpose and aren't too expensive. What are your Muji favorites? xx

When in Paris

As you might have noticed on Instagram, I was in Paris last week! It was Paris Fashion Week and since I'm a Master student in Fashion Strategy I had to go there for my education. We had a full program with many studio visits, inspirational talks and shop tours.

Due to the crazy schedule I had no time to turn on my pc and keep you updated so all I did was posting photos on Instagram. Of course I also brought my camera with me (I even bought a new one, will tell you more about it soon) so I have plenty of photos to show you. Let's start with a few photos of the pretty Parisian rooftops, just because I can't get enough of them ;-) xx
