New in ADPT.
A few blogposts ago I already showed you some photos of the ADPT. showroom in Brande, Denmark and here are the items I brought home. As you can see in the photos above, I got a new grey sweat (a girl can never have too many comfy sweats right?!) and also a new denim shirt/jacket for my ever-growing denim collection. They are both of really thick quality and perfect for the colder days that are about to come.
In the looks above you can see how the guys at ADPT. styled the items for the coming winter collection - including many amazing jackets. Below you can see how I intend to wear the grey sweater, I already ordered a pair of dungarees so hopefully they'll fit and then I just have to wait till the baby blue coat is available.
Btw. I bought those black leather loafers last week and that means that I can finally tick them off my wishlist. Ever since seeing those studded Zara loafers two years ago I've been looking for a pair (the Zara ones were sold-out before I got the chance to grab a pair). Do you like the brand ADPT.? xx

Summer inspiration from COS Magazine
With the rainy weather we have now I'm in desperate need of some summer inspiration. From mid-August I will have my holidays for two weeks and my summer mood is ruined due to the current 'weather situation' we have here in Holland. I thought what is better than looking for some summer inspiration online and sharing it with you. So here you go, beautiful images straight from the COS lookbook.
I guess I will start making a wishlist of holiday essentials now. Are you already in the summer mood? xx

Net-a-Porter Sale Wishlist
Like everyone else (I guess) I always make a wishlist when the sale at Net-a-Porter starts. Often I end up buying nothing because I have bought too much in other stores already (will show you my two new Acne jeans soon, #salescore) (oh and my new RayBan sunnies and Lika Mimika metallic leather espadrilles, oops).
I guess the black flowy suit, blue shirt and white tops don't need an explanation. But as for the rest, the black bag would be the perfect little day bag in addition to my large black tote I carry around. The blue sunnies are just cool, don't you think? and now that I own a pair of silver shoes I'm hooked, I want more. These Saint Laurent silver beauties would be perfect for dancing in the park on summer nights. xx

Normann Copenhagen Block Table
How perfect are these bar cart/block tables as nightstand? It's high on my wishlist, because I like the design, the ash wood goes really well with the steel shelves.
Of course it can be used anyway you like it; as bar cart, side-table, it's a really versatile piece. I would really like it as a sort of nightstand though, because it would give me the extra space to store books and magazines, and it's mobile so I could always easily use it somewhere else.
Which color do you like best? Buy it here. xx

Normann Copenhagen: Onkel Sofa
Are you familiar with the feeling tof wanting something new that you really don't need.?!
Well, that is the feeling I get when seeing this sofa. I'm really happy with the couch we have now, but every time I see the Onkel Sofa I'm having the urge to replace our current one for it. What do you think of it, what color do you like best? xx

Asos Winter Wishlist
Above you can find a wishlist with some of my favorite items at Asos. Just like every winter I'm looking for some great chunky knits to keep me warm. I also like the bare legs or ankles (as with those great jeans) for winter. Since it's almost never really cold in Holland I could easily wear something similar.
Shiny leather things always attract me as well, in form of patent leather booties or silver foil backpack, either way I like it a lot! Asos also sells great jewelry made of sterling silver, I really like this necklace with a tiny tooth on it.
Shop at Asos and get a 20% discount off full priced items by using code WINNER20!

PFW My 5 favorite collections
Acne Studios SS15. Obviously in de top five, it is one of my favorite brands that shows at Paris Fashion Week. But truth to be told, last collection wasn't their best in my opinion but luckily this one is better again. I like the 'head to toe in one color' looks and of course the fabrics. I wouldn't really wear a whole sheer outfit, but it does look interesting. Those waistcoats look pretty interesting as well, perfect versatile pieces.
Chloé SS15. A fresh, fun spring collection is always great. That is what I think when browse through images of the Chloé collection. Those light colors directly make me think of spring, blossoming flowers and a day at the beach. I would like to have one of these flowing dresses, but on the other hand, I would like a two piece made out of a nice denim or suede as well. I really like the neckline of those dresses and the color of the jumpsuit on the left.
Isabel Marant SS15. I'm not always wowed by the Isabel Marant collections, but I have to admit that this one is pretty good. That leather dress is definitely high on my wish list and I wouldn't say no to a pair of those sandals either. Furthermore I think the kimono shape of the white dress is great and I love the lengths of the shorts and dresses. The collections seems to be perfectly balanced, heavy tops are worn with plain shorts and delicate knitted tops are combined with fringe layered skirts.
Zadig and Voltaire SS15. The last collection I selected has a more minimal approach. I like how subtle the designs are, e.g. the lines on the black top return as side panels on soft black trousers. It is nice to see how many different variations of slouchy trousers they came up with. The white trainers and black pool slides work really well with the outfits too. If anyone knows where I can find a similar grayish top as the model in the middle photo is wearing, please do tell. What is your favorite? xx
Saint Laurent SS15. I'm still not sure what to think of the collections Hedi Slimane is designing for Saint Laurent Paris. I do like that these new collections are more approachable for 'the average human' but I don't see the heritage of a fashion house in them. I do like the young and energetic vibe the collections clearly show, but it doesn't feel innovative to me.

4 coats, 4 looks
Summer is definitely over! Unfortunately that is a sad thing, but on a more positive note, we can wear our winter coats again. Because we can always use another one, I decided to search for some inspiration for you and me online. Which one is your favorite, did you already buy one yourself? xx

It's a hat matter
Unpredictable weather asks for drastic measurements. In my opinion a beanie is the item you need these days. That is why I looked for some nice ones, click on the following links to shop them:

Lace bras
This is probably not the first time that you are reading a post about lace bras. The thing is, they are just really pretty and we girls just love them (right?!). I mean what is there to complain about a delicate piece of lacy underwear in sexy black, sweet pastel color or a bright funky blue or pink. In the photo I'm wearing my new Ganni Daffodil lace bralette. Click on the images below to buy the bras. xx
