What are you looking at?
1. Wrapping Christmas presents for Xmas at my boyfriends place. Love to wrap everything in different wrapping papers and use strings and ribbons to top it off.
2. Some of the presents I got at our place. A beautiful blanket, gift cards for both Hema and Dille & Kamille (Dutch shopping mall and an shop with beautiful living stuff), French Vogue and a box Merci chocolates. Mart gave me a Chanel eyeshadow and mascara, because he knew I was in need of a refill :)
3. Gifts I got at Marts place. This beautiful wooden slice of an oak tree, soap, apron and oven glove. We also got a restaurant gift card and a few bottles of beer and wine.
4 & 5. We went to Sonsbeek Park this morning, for a quick walk. I was wearing my amazing velvet headband I got at Bartinki.
6. The presents under our Christmas tree. My parents and brothers came over to eat dinner with us and Mart and I bought everyone some presents!

Can't believe 2013 is almost over. I'm busy preparing a recap of the outfits I wore this year. How was your year? xx

Jumpsuit in grey melange + discountcode

Love my new OnePiece jumpsuit! A few weeks ago I was contacted by one of the founders of the brand OnePiece with the question if I wanted to try one of their onesies. How could I refuse an offer like that!

OnePiece is a brand founded by the three Norwegian friends Thomas, Knut and Henrik. On a sunday morning in 2007 they shared ideas about what the perfect relax outfit would look like. This resulted in the first onesie that consisted out a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants sewed together. OnePiece was one of the first (if not the first) brands to produce the oversized, all-in-one hooded sweatsuits in soft, thick cotton fleece. Nowadays it's a serious business and the onesies are being sold internationally. It probably didn't escaped your notice that onesies are everywhere (just scroll through your instafeed and you will definitely see some onesies). The OnePiece jumpsuits are very popular by celebrities like Carly Rae, Natasha Beddingfield, Perez Hilton, Ed Westwick (yes Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl) and Pixie Geldof.

So I chose the beautiful Rocky onesie grey melange. Love the fit, and the fabric is really soft! The onesie has long sleeves and a zipper closure on the back and is produced in a sturdy grey melange fabric. It's perfect for those early mornings where you just can't seem to leave your bed. And what about those late evenings when the only thing you want is to relax and chill on the couch.

If you are also in need of some serious comfy homewear, or want to add another onesie to your collection you should visit the OnePiece website! If you decide to buy something I have a discountcode especially for you! By entering the code 'HERITAGEMODE' you will receive a wonderful 20% discount on your purchase. This code is valid until November the 24th. Make sure you check out the website and see what amazing stuff they stock! Have fun shopping! xx

What are you looking at?
1. This week all June editions (Glamour, Elle, Vogue) came in and the Vogue added a tee with it. So during breakfast I had something to read.
2. Everything is starting to get its green leafs, love how colorful and bright everything looks.
3. Interior details.
4. A try-out meal: sauerkraut, apple, white bean paste and a hint of cinnamon. Perfect with a beer.
5. Just a few days ago we were still shooting photos outside without wearing a jacket but unfortunately the weather isn't that great anymore. Today we went back to weather that asks for knits and leather jackets, kinda depressing.
6. Asparagus, salmon and rice.

The lightness of beauty - Vogue Japan April 2013

Love love love this editoral from the Japanese Vogue April 2013. It's called 'The lightness of beauty' and features model Iris van Berne. As you probably know I'm not the biggest fan of golden accessories but seriously even I must admit that these shoes are amazing! Those sheer layers peeking from underneath the knitted sweaters and tops are amazing as well. Love the whole vibe of this shoot! Give me that Chloé bag please :)

Sensational suits

Because I had some time on my hands and decided to start working through my pile of unread magazines. Of course most information wasn't new because I read a lot online. But it is always kinda relaxing to flip through the pages and compare the things in different magazines. The trend for summer I like a lot is the two-piece suit. I've been looking for one but haven't find a one I like, probably because I'm still doubting between a plain or printed one. I mean wouldn't it be perfect to find a graphic/striped suit in black and white, but also a simple white suit wouldn't be wrong either. Do you already have a suit or are you also still on the hunt for one?

I also have a new iPhone cover from Iconmesis. It's a drawing made by the Finnish illustrator Fifi Lapin. Although I had a hard time choosing one I'm really happy because it's fun and not too loud. Apart from the Teacup version, there are also a Cupcake and Fifisonnyandstella.
