Advent Gifts First Week

Maybe you already read something about it on my Instagram (@heritagemode), we are celebrating advent this year. Instead of giving each other one larger gift at Christmas we decided to buy 31 presents for the other. Quite hard I have to admit, but I managed to find nice ones.

Here are the gifts I got during the first seven days! A nice porcelain rhino hook, Dille & Kamille oil bottle, America Today pyjama trousers, wooden wolf, Runners world cookbook, black vase and black H&M scarf. Happy with my gifts! xx

Pink coat and checked scarf

Another outfit post for you guys. Last weekend I went to visit an old acquaintance and while biking there we took these photos. It is getting colder and colder so I really had to dig up my mittens. This was also one of the first times that I could wear this thick woolen plaid scarf.

Mens gift guide

Because it always turns out to be really difficult to buy Christmas gifts for men, I decided to create a mens gift guide for you.

New in: Black tops

Bought some new (much-needed) black tops. I really needed new ones, so I bought four black tees and three sweaters at Asos. In the first photo you can find some Asos boyfriend tees, Dr Denim fleck tee and a Cheap Monday one. In the second one you see a boyfriend sweater, an Asos one and one from Weekday that I'm wearing in the photos below. xx

Interior: Ferm Living wire basket

Look what the mailman just delivered! Finally I have a Ferm Living wire basket, I've been longing for one of those for ages. This weekend I finally decided to just order one, don't what kept me from ordering one. Well actually I do. I've seen them online so many times, but I never saw one in real life, so I guess I was just doubting if the quality would be good.

Last week I visited a cute tiny store called 'Van Mij' in Arnhem and they sell these wire baskets in the pastel colors. There I could finally touch and hold the basket and I knew I wanted one. Unfortunately she didn't offer them in either black or white so I ordered mine at the Bijenkorf. This morning it arrived! xx

Cape coat

Last weekend! What I was wearing on saturday when it was still a bit colder than it's now. It's an old H&M Trend coat that I don't wear that often but still like a lot.

It has a sleeveless body with a short cape attached to it. The fabric is quite heavy and sturdy. The fact that it's on the one hand sleeveless (more appropriate for warmer weather) but on the other hand made of a thick (winter) material makes that I don't wear it regularly.

Furthermore, I had an incredibly busy weekend and the weeks before were exhausting as well due to a workshop module with the TU in Eindhoven. Hopefully this week will turn out to be less crammed with activities, because I really need some sleep! xx
